Return Policy
The following is only for US customers. If you are not a US customer, please look at our International Return Policy. If you happen to dislike what you ordered— perhaps it’s a little too big/small or the style doesn’t meet your expectations— we’ll provide you with a quick and easy return.
The options:

Receive a AK ModestSwimwear store credit for the full price of your purchase, with our free prepaid return label.

Receive a refund for your order, minus $5.95 for the cost of our prepaid label.

Exchange this item for the exact same one but in another size or color. Use our free prepaid return label, in order to keep things simple.
Eligibility
items must be returned in its original condition in which it was received, unworn and unwashed. Tags/labels must be attached and the products must be returned in its original package. They may be returned within 45 days of purchase.
Items are not eligible for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit when:

it’s marked as final sale

It’s custom-made

Exchanges
In order to exchange your item, submit a return form: here
Return your item for free with our pre-paid label. Once we received the returned item, we’ll place a new order with the requested product.
Requesting an exchange on our site or through our customer service might take time to process your return, which is why it won’t be available right away. Inventory is not held for exchange and may sell out by the time we are able to process your exchange.
If the item you wanted happens to be sold out, you get an option for a cash refund (minus $5.95 for the prepaid return label) or full store credit. Exchanges can only be returned for store credits, we cannot issue a cash issue a cash refund for an exchanged order.

Send the item within one week of receiving the pre-paid label
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
